Fern have been a significant and committed partner from very early on in the development of the Good Return Portal. Fern’s major technical function for the project was to provide our premium core banking solution, Abacus OneWorld, to manage the banking and financial transaction storage and business logic. Fern’s tried and tested software enables Good Return to offer its constituents a robust and reliable banking solution.
In order to integrate the Good Return Portal with the Abacus OneWorld software, Fern has provided significant pro bono programming expertise, in addition to consultations, customisation and simplification, on call service and support, training sessions and ongoing annual support.
